You may be aware that we have been working very closely with Ryan Procter, the School Travel Advisor from Staffordshire, to move towards gaining our Modeshift Stars Bronze Award. To achieve this award, schools have to demonstrate that they are encouraging pupils to take an active part in healthy lifestyles. As part of this award we have relaunched our very successful Walking Bus, which departs from Tescos every Monday morning. This will continue in September. Ryan has also worked very closely with our Travel Ambassadors to reduce car idling outside of school to lower pollution levels. We are delighted to announce that Ryan came into schoo to present two of our Travel Ambassadors our Bronze Award. Well done everyone! Now we are striving to achieve our Silver Award!
