I am delighted to share that our Year 6 pupils enjoyed a highly successful four-night residential visit to Laches Wood, supported by the Year 6 team and other members of staff from Five Ways.  Throughout the week, the children were a real credit to the school, showing determination, resilience and a strong sense of teamwork, alongside a positive and enthusiastic approach to every outdoor challenge.  I would like to extend my sincere thanks, on behalf of our Year 6 pupils, to all the Five Ways staff who generously gave up time with their own families to make this memorable experience possible.  A selection of photographs from the week can be found on our school website under ‘Our School’, then ‘Gallery’, and finally the ‘Year 6 Laches Wood’ sections for each day.
